Pontoon Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions of Payment and Cancellation: A credit card is required to hold your reservation for capacity purposes.
In the event you need to cancel the following cancellation charges will apply
Cancellation 30 days or more prior: Full refund minus a $20 service fee.
Cancellation due to weather: No cancellation fee (must call to cancel). We boat rain or shine. We will provide a voucher for a different day.
No Show: Full price of vessel is charged.

Refunds
Once your pontoon cancellation request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancelation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancelation and refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 10 days.
